REBECCA RUBEL

Founder & CEO

Rebecca was raised in Southern Connecticut, London and Spain. She has lived in Florida since 2012. 

Upon joining the hospitality industry, she started in Martha’s Vineyard as a server in fine dining. She quickly grew and developed her skills leading her to South Florida where she worked for Bonefish Grill for 5 years in leadership. She moved to Cabo Flats as a General Manager then to Icebox as a General Manager, Director of Operations and Head of HR. She has also worked for Matthew Kenney Cuisine as the Payroll, HR and operations manager for both the East and West coast. 

She is versed in Human Resources, Compliance, Payroll Management, Team Development, Strategic Development and beyond.

BRITINNI BUTT

Founder & COO

Britinni was raised in Apollo Beach, FL, and Orlando, FL and has lived in South Florida since 2014. Britinni has a kind hearted passion for people which has blossomed from early childhood. 

Prior to joining the hospitality industry, Britinni worked for the City of Orlando. Following her work in northern Florida, she joined B&B and Cabo Flats in Pembroke Pines working in a variety of positions including serving, bartending and in a leadership capacity. She joined Icebox Cafe in 2017. She has been the General Manager for the Icebox Cafe South Beach location and the Hallandale Beach location. 

Britinni has a calling for people and is an extremely passionate individual. Britinni puts a strong emphasis on team development, cultivating the guest experience, and hands on operational work.

Our partnerships include fellow restaurantors throughout South Florida. Koda Hospitality has a team on standby to offer support for any and all situations. Including Chef’s, Servers, Bartenders and fellow consultants. We have made an IMPACT in the South Florida market by believing in positivity, growing teams and offering life changing opportities to individuals that showcase their abilities and determination.
